I am a very satisfied customer. Chris & Beth are very professional and always kept me informed about the next steps in the process. They worked with my insurance carrier and were very helpful in explaining the options I had in choosing materials and colors. The work was done efficiently. Materials were delivered on time and workers always came when they were supposed to. The roof was installed in one day and the gutters were done in a few hours in the afternoon. All debris was disposed of. I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs roofing or exterior work done on their homes. It was a pleasure working with them.

We had problems with the roof with water coming in at one spot. We had the roof inspected by 2 companies for bids. The first company spent minimal time on the roof and the guy told me it had to be replaced for around $9000. There was hardly any explanation other than it was “a bad roof.” I next had Chris from Prices PRO Roofing come out. He and another spent a lot longer on the roof taking notes and pictures. They then invited me up the ladder so they could show me the trouble spots. They were incredibly detailed and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They answered all my questions. They assured me the roof did not need replacing but just needed to have some areas looked at. Prices PRO Roofing are professional, knowledgeable, and offer great prices. With so many cowboy companies out there, it is refreshing to find an honest company that does right by its clients.

6 years ago, I had an aging roof that needed replacement. After obtaining several bids, Chris Price, then with a different company, impressed me the most and would get my business. Knowledgeable and not pushy, he responded to all my questions and concerns. He kept his quote (the best) despite me having to delay the project over a year to deal with another house issue that had arisen. When it came time, he worked around my schedule to get my roof completed. He was always on-site each day of the project. The "before" service was excellent. However, the "after" service was even better. Recently, some inclement weather took out a few of my shingles. I called Chris Price, now with his own business (Price's Pro Roofing), for advice on how I should proceed. Instead of just giving me advice and sending me back to the prior roofing contractor, he sent his own crew out on the weekend to repair it. I was a fan of his over 6 years ago, and I'm an even bigger fan today. He's as professional and loyal as they get and I'll continue to send my friends and acquaintances his way for any roofing needs.

A FB friend recommended Price's PRO Roofing to me. I interviewed Chris, along with three of his competitors. Hands down, from the excellent first impression, work logo shirt and matching vehicle, good rapport, and taking the time to explain every little thing, Chris Price was the most professional of the four candidates. When I had a question, he answered it in a reasonable time. His attention to respond way quicker than the others showed me he was the one who really wanted my business. His invoice was very detailed so I could know exactly what I was getting and how much each thing would cost. He put me on the calendar asap since shingles were flying off of my roof in the last storm. For all of those reasons, I chose Price's even though his estimate was underbid by the other three companies. His presentation had included samples of the GAF material he would be using, and based on my research, I knew that was the brand that was in the top three. When the crew arrived, each man was friendly and polite, and worked hard. Best of all, now that the job is complete--it's gorgeous! I love it and I'm happy that I chose to work with Chris Price and his company.
